  2. WELCOMETC Says:

i’m a (french) bass and guitar player, and seek for great simple sounds like rhodes, hammond or even “church” organ. . . will it do it ?

  3. darkshiningstar3 Says:

@KorgUSAVideos Ahhhhhhhhhhhh Dammit i hate that MIDI crap, damn computers they ruin everythin

  4. KorgUSAVideos Says:

The microKORG XL does not have a dedicated pedal input, but it can be used with any external controller using the MIDI IN port.

  5. KorgUSAVideos Says:

There are no speakers built in, you will need either headphones or an audio destination (mixer, amplifier, speakers, etc).

  6. darkshiningstar3 Says:

Is it any expensive?? And i wanna know, is there footswitch and foot controller options on it?? Cuz ive seen some recent synths that didnt have any of them

  7. iMattFriend Says:

do you need a speaker for this? or is it built in?

  8. bawzofgray Says:

good times! thanks for the info

  9. KorgUSAVideos Says:

@bawzofgray- It definitely can. It works with USB or standard MIDI connections, and the editor software features a CC map section that allows you to customize the controls.

  10. bawzofgray Says:

can it be used as a midi controller?

  11. KorgUSAVideos Says:

@cnovak22 – It does not have built-in speakers. There is a 1/4″ headphone output, and left/right 1/4″ outputs.

  12. cnovak22 Says:

Does this synth have built in speakers or do i need a line out?

  13. Skullbird11 Says:

Id get the original microkorg, its cheaper :D

  14. guinguinpenguin Says:

  16. v8bert Says:

    @ansiaaa666

He _did_ play a dead rat! AND made it sound like the coolest instrument in the world.

As an antique studio/Serge/Buchla type o’ guy, I touched up this thing in the shop while waiting for my turn, expecting *nothing* of it.

Boy was I blown away. More fun for less money, and I’m definitely buying one.

I’ll tell the wife it’s for the kids though, so next time I need a 30,000$ thing, she won’t go: “But wasn’t it way cheaper last time, hon?” :-)

  17. MrJambone1 Says:

Damn. . . this guy is a beast on keys! Superb!

  18. huuperi Says:

    THIS SYNTH IS KICKASS!

  19. hammertlme Says:

does this let you input and record mp3 format music through the usb port or headphone port and live remix songs like that?

  20. ansiaaa666 Says:

    damn, this is class!
I bet Formidoni could play a dead rat and make it sound like the coolest instrument in the world

  21. RaffisChannel Says:

Rich Formidoni is a badass. I like the way he walks off at the end.

  22. howie094 Says:

your mom has huge retro knobs

  23. hairymuffs Says:

Does it have drum beats or any sort of drumming on it?

  24. melodea7h Says:

    7:13
    The octave control FTW

  25. PhantomWarlock Says:

yeah i saw that but it would take too long to switch the sounds when playing live. I actually thought for like $100 more the Roland SH-201 would be a way better buy andit has like 4 banks with 8 presets each.
this looks like a nice recording synth but not live unless you use like one patch per song, but im always changing and i need alot of fast presets

  26. trading-heartbeats Says:
